By accessing or using eze2e ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

eze2e provides AI-powered end-to-end testing for web applications. Our Service allows you to define test flows in natural language, run automated tests against your deployed applications, and receive detailed reports.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to test applications you do not own or have permission to test
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Test Credentials

You are responsible for any test credentials you provide. Use dedicated test accounts, not production credentials. We encrypt credentials at rest but are not liable for any exposure resulting from your misconfiguration.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Scale plan users receive SLA guarantees as specified in their agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by eze2e. You retain ownership of your test configurations, prompts, and data. You grant us a license to use this data to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eze2e shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
